The Cleanncoat™ system works on copper, galvanized, lead, steel and brass. The Cleanncoat™ system will leave your pipes in a better-than-new condition because our epoxy will not allow water to ever come into contact with your pipes.
How do I know if I have a pipe problem? Top^
There are many ways you can tell if your good pipes have gone bad. Poor water flow, radical temperature change when more than one water faucet is running, visual leaks, mold, knocking or pinging sounds coming from the pipes, etc. If you are suspicious it is best to call Cleanncoat™ to come out for a complimentary assessment.
What if my pipes have holes in them, will the epoxy cover the holes? Top^
In most cases yes. If we see a hole is too large, we will fix it and then continue with the process.
I have copper pipes. Aren’t they supposed to last forever? Top^
Unfortunately no. The truth is that s ome water contaminates can cause the pipes to deteriorate from the inside out creating pinhole leaks. With copper pipes, pinhole leaks are more likely to occur all over the pipe network causing major property damage. Over the past decade we have found that more an more copper pipes are going bad at a quicker rate than expected.
Green verdigris is an indicator of a small leak as copper turns green when exposed to water. Low quality copper pipes result in premature failure by corrosion from the inside out. Look for small dots of green along the pipes.
Problems also occur when copper pipes are joined with solder type copper connectors, fittings or brass compression fittings. Some plumbers use a spreader which fits inside the end of the pipe. Lead solder has been used to connect copper pipes though recent legislation is attempting to ensure that future soldering of copper pipes is lead free.
In addition, problems also occur during retrofits as water or moisture in the pipe can inhibit the capillary action of soldering compromising the connectivity of pipes.
How will I know if the applied epoxy covered the entire piping system?
Our SureCoat™ epoxy has been tested to be the most adhesive on the market today. In addition, our EvenFlo™ system controls the direction and the flow of the epoxy guaranteeing that the epoxy has coated every inch of the pipe.
This seems like a new system. Is it more expensive than traditional pipe restoration? Top^

- Breaking down your walls
- Moving into a hotel until the job is done
